Shival is an attorney that has been helping clients maximize their assets for over 20 years. Since graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1999, he has started and managed several successful companies which have helped clients in a number of different industries. Shival has analyzed and negotiated thousands of contracts, and is focused on providing clients with exceptional service. Due to his extensive background, Shival brings a high degree of expertise and specialization to our clients.

Shival lives in San Diego and enjoys spending time with his wife, Alison, and his two children. He also likes volunteering to teach Cultural Arts at his childrens' schools along with coaching their flag football and basketball teams.
